Shipping policy

My packages are sent First Class or by Priority Mail. All packages will need to be signed for upon delivery., no exceptions. 

If your package reads that it was delivered but you haven't received it, you will need to go to the postal office that's associated with the shipping zip code and request them to do a GPS Location Scan on your package and they will be able to determine within 6 feet where the package was left. 

I am not responsible for the USPS service losing a package. However, i will help in the best way that I can, otheriwise you will need to file a claim with your post office of a lost or stolen package. 

I am a small business - not a corporation and I cannot incur losing money for stolen packages that I sent. But I will alwyas help the best way I can.. AFTER you do the GPS scan.
